Database Extensions

The program allows users to create the database extensions with tables and fields to store custom information related to the inventoried network devices. Custom information is stored by the program in the inventory database and can be managed by the user.

 

Predefined extensions include:

Purchasing Information

This extension allows storing information related to the device purchase, such as date, vendor, invoice number and price. Information can be entered in the fields template.
Repair Register

This extension is dedicated for storing information related to the device repairs, such as failure description, repair date and repairing cost. Information can be entered in the list template.
Maintenance Register

This extension is dedicated for storing information related to the maintenance tasks, such as the maintenance date, responsible personnel, completion date or maintenance cost. Information can be entered in the list template.
Disposal Protocol

This extension is dedicated for storing information related to disposal, such as the date, disposal reason and method. Information can be entered in the fields template.
Organizational Unit Assignments

This extension is dedicated for storing information related to the unit assignment, such as the unit name and contact information. For this extension, the fields and list template is used.
